Terms of Use — Deal?

These short English terms apply to zabilis.ru («Забились?» / Deal?). They are not a claim of worldwide legal compliance. The Russian terms are the primary version.

Deals and Challenges

Deals are agreements between specific people. They can affect Word record after a confirmed result.

Challenges are a separate public/social mechanic. They can be viewed via a public link, joined or predicted. A Challenge does not itself change Word record.

There are no Challenge comments in the current product.

Predictions are social. The service does not take money for predictions and does not pay winnings. This is not a betting or gambling product.

The operator is not a party to your Deal, not a guarantor, bookmaker or organizer of paid wagers. A record in the service is not a guarantee of performance and is not a substitute for a legal contract where the law requires one.

Word record and Passport metrics

Word record, Word passport metrics and similar figures are calculated (derived) product indicators. They are not a forever-frozen number and not an official credit, financial, legal or professional rating.

They may be updated or recalculated when calculation rules change, source data change, errors are fixed, manipulation is found, identities are correctly merged or split under product rules, or unreliable data are removed from calculations for reasonable cause.

A historical fact (what happened to an accepted Deal or result) and a derived metric (how the current rules weigh that fact) are different layers. Changing the formula does not by itself rewrite the historical fact. Fixing a proven error or unreliable event is a separate procedure, not ordinary formula recalculation.

Paid features and pricing

Paid features, including Word passport access, may change in scope and price for future purchases. The current price is shown before you pay. A completed paid purchase does not become more expensive later only because the list price changed.

Payment buys access to the feature (for example Passport analytics), not a better Word record and not a fake history.

Subscriptions / auto-renewal are not the main Passport model today; if they appear, their rules will be described separately.

Your content

You are responsible for Deal terms and Challenge text you publish. Do not put other people’s unnecessary personal or sensitive data in free text.

Prohibited public Challenges

You must not use the service for unlawful activity. Public Challenges that involve harm, dangerous stunts, violence, threats, harassment, fraud, other people’s personal data, political campaigning / political Challenges, or other clearly unacceptable content may be blocked or removed under service rules.

The same kind of harmful Deals are also forbidden.

Artificial inflation of metrics and other abuse that distorts trustworthy history are forbidden.

Moderation

A Challenge may be checked automatically, sent for human review, not published, or removed. Automated checks do not find every violation. A report does not guarantee removal. Platform removal does not give participants a negative Word record outcome.

For reasonable cause the operator may limit features, temporarily or permanently block an account, hide or remove user content, and exclude unreliable or manipulative data from calculations — including for abuse, fraud, security threats, rule breaches or legal requirements.

The operator does not claim a right to block or delete “for no reason”. Blocking or removing content does not automatically rewrite other people’s trustworthy history.

Intellectual property

Exclusive rights in the service software, operator-authored texts, interface and design elements, and other protectable materials created for the service and owned by the operator belong to ООО «ЛАНДВИК» only to the extent those rights arose or were assigned to the operator by law or contract. A © line is not itself proof of title.

These terms do not transfer exclusive rights to you and do not give you the source code. You may use the service only within its features and these terms.

The service uses third-party software and platform sign-in or messaging tools. Those rights stay with their holders. Their licences are not replaced by these terms.

«Забились?», Deal?, Word record and Word passport are product names. These terms do not claim they are registered trademarks.

Your content and licence to the service

You keep whatever rights you already have in content you create (Deal terms, Challenge text, result notes and other text you enter).

By posting it, you grant the operator a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, process, technically reformat, display and transmit that content to other participants or show it publicly — only as needed for the feature you chose, moderation and running the service.

The operator does not claim that user content becomes the property of ООО «ЛАНДВИК».

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms where the law allows that.
