Privacy Policy — Deal?

This short English page describes how zabilis.ru («Забились?» / Deal?) processes personal data for the product that actually exists today. It is not a claim of worldwide legal compliance, including GDPR certification.

The full Russian policy is the primary version. If something is shorter here, it is not meant to hide a processing fact.

What we process

Depending on the features you use:

account identifiers from Telegram or MAX login;
a display name the platform sends at login;
text you type: Deal terms, Challenge title and description, comments or links you add to a Deal result;
actions in the service: joining, accepting, confirming a result, joining a Challenge, predicting, reporting, notification and history-privacy settings;
Word record figures derived from confirmed Deal results (not a personality score);
technical data needed to run and protect the site;
a short-lived session cookie on zabilis.ru after Telegram website login (HttpOnly; it stores a random session id, not your Telegram hash or card data). Telegram and MAX Mini Apps keep using the platform login and do not need this cookie.
on public website pages in a regular browser (not inside the Telegram/MAX Mini App), Yandex.Metrika may load so we can measure site traffic; it may set its own cookies and collect technical page-view data under Yandex’s rules.

We do not ask for a separate email, phone, passport, date of birth or card payment details, and we do not store your messenger profile photo file. A one-time Word Passport purchase is processed by Tochka acquiring (website and MAX) or Telegram Stars inside the Mini App; we keep only operational payment records (operation id, amount, status, and for Stars the Telegram charge id), never card data.

Switching the interface to English does not translate text you wrote yourself.

Public Word record («Моё слово»)

A public Word card is opt-in. It is available at a public `/w/…` link. It shows only presentation fields (display name, stage, Word record or “no history yet”, counters). It does not show Deal terms, counterparties, evidence, or Telegram/MAX IDs. If you have an Extended Word Passport, the same `/w/…` link may also show aggregates of the history you already earned (trend, streaks, periods, maturity). It still does not show counterparties’ names, Deal terms, evidence, messenger IDs, or whether the Passport was earned or paid. A personal invite link `/r/…` is only for a new person to open the app; it is not a public profile. You can turn the Word card off or refresh the link; the old link then stops working.

Challenges

Challenges are a separate public/social mechanic. They do not change Word record. A Challenge page at `/c/…` may show title, description, author display name, deadline, result and aggregates. Predictions are shown in aggregate, not as a public voter list. Predictions are social, not paid betting.

Moderation

Before a Challenge appears in the feed it may be checked automatically on our server, sent for extra review, refused or later removed. A user report is a moderation signal, not a vote to delete. Removal does not write a negative Word record outcome.

We do not send Challenge title or description to OpenAI, GigaChat or other external AI APIs for this check. Automated checks do not guarantee that content is lawful or safe.

Telegram and MAX receive data needed for login and notifications. Hosting providers process data to run the site.

Retention and your requests

We keep data while needed to run the service and to preserve a Deal history for its other participants, unless the law or your request requires otherwise. Account deletion unlinks Telegram/MAX, starts a new Word record on next login, and revokes the public Word link. Deal records for the other participant are not erased.
